There is a book called The Art of War, written by Sun Tzu. In that book, he goes over a bunch of war strategies. However, Sun Tzu approach is not just tactical it is psychological. In fact, in his book, he talks about how wars are only one, when you completely destroy the other person’s self-confidence. When people’s self-confidence is destroyed, they become susceptible to manipulation, mind control and yes exploitation. So, what am I saying here? I am saying that people and huge business and corporations are making serious bank on you having low self-esteem. Low self-esteem, not only puts you in a losing situation in business, and your career, but also in relationships. So, in this video, I am going to give you a powerful chakra meditation, that will not only help you build your self-confidence, but will also improve your relationship.

How to overcome low self-esteem and insecurities

There is an old African play that I really enjoyed called, Damaged. In that play, Africans from a neighboring tribe would rape the women as a war tactic. After these women were raped, they were ostracized, removed from their village, and barred from ever seeing their husbands and children again. To make matters worse, these women were labeled as damaged. No one would hire them, so they then were forced to work at the brothel houses, where of course they were subject to all forms of abuse.

How to overcome low self-esteem and depression

Rape, has always been viewed as one of the most heinous crimes. Why, well because it causes irreparable harm to the woman and/or man. Very few people understand that sexual intercourse is an exchange of energy. However, when they exchange is forced, or not loving, energetic dumping occurs. This is a process where one person is literally dumping virtually all of his/her negative energy into the other person. The man, can walk away, feeling free and liberated, while the woman is left carrying all that negative energy. Now, back in our ancestors’ day, there was a way for women to dispel this negative energy. However, without the goddess, or the divine feminine, many women are walking around with a great deal of pint of negative energy. This negative energy manifest as both depression and extreme self-hate.

Low Self Esteem in Childhood

Now, with television and the Internet, this energetic dumping isn’t just taken place through sex. A young woman can watch a program or watch a video on YouTube and become a victim of negative energy dumping. We can see this with the subliminal images that we are constantly being forced to watch. There is a certain standard of beauty that a woman must adhere to. In the Western world, we call this phenomenal the politics of beauty. This system rewards the most beautiful women with better jobs, more money, and even a nice-looking husband. We can peruse social media and see how beautiful and seductive women get more clicks and views. In truth, women are rewarded if they work hard to adhere to society’s standards of beauty. While, others, are penalized. They’re made to feel inadequate, inferior, and in a sense unlovable. This causes the women, who don’t adhere to the standards of beauty, to feel badly about themselves. As a result, they suffer from low self-esteem, and thus suffer from more energetic dumping from exploitative and misogynistic men.

How to overcome low self-esteem in relationships

Sadly, these women are the ones who suffer the most in relationships. In most situations, they are made to carry the baggage of everyone in their family. In fact, Zora Neal Hurston said it best, when she said that women are the mules of the earth. Women with low self-esteem will put up with an abusive husband/or boyfriend. They will turn a blind eye when he cheats, or has extra-marital affairs. They’re made to feel terrible about themselves when he leaves to be with someone else. They are programmed to think that it is their fault, when he neglects and or worse abandons his children. These women can’t understand why a man can walk away without feeling any remorse. Well, the man doesn’t feel a damn thing, because he’s just dumping all of his negative energy into every woman that he comes into contact with.

How to overcome low self-esteem and confidence

Women who are victims of negative energy, become very haggard. They carry the energy on their bodies. They store the energy inside of their wombs. As a result of this, the energy degrades. The woman can’t attract a good man, or friends for that matter. She can’t manifest great opportunities. So, the first thing that you need to learn how to do is release this energy. Remember, magic is all about balance. Too much negativity can cause degradation. However, when we work to rebalance those scales, we can heal the wounds, and thus improve the relationships.

Now, the first thing that you need to do is restore balance. You can start by focusing on the 2nd chakra. Also known in Vedic literature as being the swadhistana chakra. You can simply sit cross legged, or lay down. However, when doing this exercise, make sure that your back is straight. When you do this, you can start to chant the sound Vang. Do this for five minutes each day when you wake up in the morning. In time, you will start to see a difference.

Now, for those of you, who aren’t familiar with the chakra system. You can reach out the Yoruba deity Yemaya. Yemaya is syncretized with the second chakra, the womb, and sexual energy. You can start to clean and restore your sexual energy using the following ritual.

1. Create an altar for Yemaya
2. Be sure that you place white flowers, white or blue candles and seashells
3. You can give her some fish as an offering
4. Write your petition on a piece of paper (Yemaya, please help me dispel the negative energy that is ruining my relationship, and causes me to have low self-confidence).
5. Place the petition on the altar, under the candle
6. Run the bath water
7. Pour some salt in the water
8. Sit in it as long as you can

Normally, when people do this ritual, they get really emotional. In fact, they find themselves sobbing uncontrollably. If you’re crying then, you’re doing something right. Keep doing this until you feel better.
